Our rates
are adjusted for the various "seasons" between May and October. During
the summer months, when many vacation on the Southern Maine coast, our
rates are quite reasonable, and during the late spring and colorful fall
season, our rates are lowered to make "off-season" visits an affordable
way to getaway for the week or weekends. |

depost is required for all reservations 6 nights or less.

50% depost
for all week long reservations, housekeeping cottages and suites.

Any checks
used as a deposit must be received within one week of making the reservation,
or the reservation will not be held.

Personal
checks will not be accepted to pay the balance on check in, however, if
you wish to pay the balance with a personal check, it must be received
at least two weeks prior to your arrival date.

Cards accepted are MasterCard® and VISA®.

Room rates
are for double occupancy. Additional charges for additional people per
night basis. There are legal limits to the amount of people to a
room. Please inquire about the limits of occupancy for your accommodation.

The number
of persons in the room is limited to the number reserved.

There is
a 2 night minimum stay requirement on weekends during prime season.

Check-in
time, for rooms and overnight cottages, is 2:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.

Check-in
time for Housekeeping cottages, is 3:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M..

Check-out
time is 11:00 A.M. sharp.

There
is absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed in our accommodations.There
is a $200 cleaning fee for anyone who does. We have made it convenient
to smoke just outside each of our units.

Small
pets are allowed in some accomodations for an additional $15 per
night.
Please be sure to indicate that you will need a special pet accommodation
when making a reservation.

No refunds
for early departures.

For Housekeeping
Cottages

If canceling
reservations more than
30 days prior to the date reserved,
you will receive your deposit back, less a $100 cancellation
fee per week and per cottage.

If canceling
within 30 days of date reserved, your deposit will not be
returned to you under any circumstances.

Rooms and Overnight Cottages

If canceling
reservations more than 7 days prior to the date reserved,
you will receive your deposit back, less a $25 cancellation
fee.

If canceling
reservations within 7 days of the date reserved, your deposit
will not be returned to you under any circumstances.

On-site parking
is limited to one vehicle per unit. Another vehicle may be allowed, if
space permits. Please contact the motel office before
bringing an extra vehicle.
