We are in walking distance to Hannaford Super Market, Reny's Department Store, a Seafood Restaurant, the Wells Five Star Cinema Complex, and several banks, shops and fast food.

In addition, lovely Webhannet Falls adjoins Coast Village Inn and Cottages property and is a very short walk to view.

We are also on the Wells Trolley route. Catch the Trolley right from Coast Village Inn to view the sights or to get to the beach.

New for 2004 is our pool and lounge area.  A short walk from your accommodation, the pool is located in an enclosed area that is both private and easily accessible.  The pool gets sun nearly all day long.

There is ample space to have a picnic nearby or to sit and relax.  To see where our pool is located, please look at the overview of the grounds in the photo on our contact page.

 
The Wells Trolley can take you up and down Route 1, and to some of the beach areas, including Wells Beach.  The trolley has long been a favorite way to get around and you may even connect with the Ogunquit Trolley to get to Ogunquit Beach.  Contact the Wells Chamber of Commerce for a Trolley map.  Having a stop right in front of the Coast Village Inn and Cottages is very convenient.

Within walking distance of the shopping plaza above.  There is a supermarket, department store, cinema, as well as several small stores, banks and restaurants located within the shopping plaza.

Just a short walk from the grounds takes you to scenic Webhannet Falls.  The Falls is a nice scenic spot to take photos or enjoy for viewing.
